Attention - the website uses Google Fonts, so your IP address can be transmitted to Google USA.

RIGHT TO OBJECT: You have the right to object at any time to the data processing that is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR and is not used for direct advertising for reasons that arise from your particular situation.
Legitimate Interest
Our legitimate interest in processing is to communicate with you quickly and to answer your inquiries in a cost-effective manner.

Your data will be stored in our ticket system until you ask us to delete it. This makes it possible for you to see which inquiries you have already sent to us. If a contract is concluded, we will store the data required under commercial and tax law for the legally specified periods, i.e. regularly ten years (cf. Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO).
right of withdrawal
In the case of processing based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect the statutory retention period for financial documents.

§ 3 Analysis Tools
Google reCAPTCHA
We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").
With reCAPTCHA it should be checked whether the data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form and/or ticket system) is done by a human or by an automated program. To do this, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, how long the website visitor spends on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.
The reCAPTCHA analyzes run completely in the background. Website visitors are not informed that an analysis is taking place.
Data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offerings from abusive automated spying and from SPAM.

§ 4 Information about cookies and server log files

Technically necessary cookies are used on this website. These are small text files that are stored in or by your internet browser on your computer system.

However, revocation is not possible if storage is required by statutory retention requirements.
